NightTenders, Inc. was created to respond to a need for relief for property managers
of long-term and short-term rentals, investors, and community associations who are on call
24/7 and often miss out on family events, holidays, or a kid’s baseball game or recital
because they are always on call. Emergencies seem to happen either when you just get home
and sit down for the first time today or when you are finally able to spend time with family
and friends.
The founders of NightTenders are current and former property managers, current investors in
rental properties, and managers of community associations. We have over 50 years experience
in being on call every day. We know what it’s like to tend to a sewer backup on Christmas Day,
a tenant who plugged up the garbage disposal with celery on Thanksgiving, removing toy cars or
toenail clippers that caused toilet backups, the St. Patrick’s day partier who didn’t hit the
brake soon enough in the driveway and hit the building instead, the furnace that went out on
the coldest day of the year, the refrigerator that went out on the hottest day of the year…
we could keep going, but you get the drift!

homes services will be provided to in response to a tenant request. Tenant information
is used to arrange service with contractors designated by the manager or landlord.
We use the aggregate information about visitors' site usage patterns to allow us
to refine and improve our customer service. From time to time we may also send interested
visitors information about aspects of NightTenders, Inc. Any visitor who wishes
to receive this information will be given the opportunity to say so on any form
that requests personal information.
With whom do we share information?

services. Tenant information is used to arrange access and service with contractors
designated by the manager or landlord.
NightTenders, Inc. reserves the right to modify its privacy and security policies
in its reasonable discretion from time to time. When users initially log in, they
will be asked whether or not they wish to receive marketing and other non-critical
Service-related communications from NightTenders, Inc. from time to time. User may
opt out of receiving such communications at that time or at any subsequent time.
Note that because the Service is a hosted, online application, NightTenders, Inc.
occasionally may need to notify all users of the Service (whether or not they have
opted out as described above) of important announcements regarding the operation
of the Service.
